About Our Founder
In 2006, the company was established by Sheran Johnson. For the past decade, Sheran has served the tri-county community as a firefighter and paramedic. Her love for the success of others led her to become an instructor at Miami Dade College and Miami Dade Fire Academy.
She has received a host of certifications to enable her to teach at an advanced level at both the fire academy and college facilities. Sheran saw the need to expand the educational scope to the general public, thus opening the doors of United Certified Educators.
UCE was founded on a commitment to meeting community need for healthcare professionals, particularly those that require immediate attention in obtaining a CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification or re-certification from American Heart Association.
We also offer extensive sessions to tutor those individuals seeking to take the state exam for first responder, EMT, and paramedic licenses. Additionally, we provide review courses in interpreting both basic and 12-lead EKGs.
At United Certified Educators, we strive to accommodate our clients and students to achieve success. All of our instructors are firefighters and paramedics with many years of experience using AHA guidelines to save your life, my life, or a life.
